1. Provider and scope
The provider of the rectification service on soviya.ai and your contractual partner is:

These Terms apply to the purchase of the "Birth Time Rectification" service via soviya.ai. The service is available worldwide.
2. Payment processing via Paddle (Merchant of Record)
Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment processing, invoicing, and the calculation and remittance of applicable VAT. Payment questions may be directed to Paddle (paddle.net) or to us (oleksii@soviya.ai).
3. Subject of the contract: a one-time service
3.1. You purchase a one-time digital service: the rectification (estimation) of your birth time based on the dated life events you provide, for a one-time price of 29 €, including applicable VAT calculated by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
3.2. As a result you receive by email: an estimated birth time (HH:MM format), an honest confidence interval around that estimate, and a written interpretation of the natal chart based on that time.
4. Nature of the service
4.1. Rectification is a probabilistic, astrological method. It provides a best estimate together with an interval, not a scientific or official determination of your actual birth time. Accuracy depends substantially on the number and dating precision of the events you provide.
4.2. The service is for personal self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice and does not replace such advice.
5. Immediate performance and right of withdrawal
5.1. The service is performed immediately after you enter your events (the result is usually produced within a few minutes and delivered by email).
5.2. Before payment you expressly confirm that we shall begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract. 6. Your cooperation
The quality of the result depends on the data you provide (date of birth, place of birth, dated life events). You are responsible for the accuracy of this information.
7. Refund guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we grant a voluntary guarantee: if our method cannot narrow your birth time to an interval of ±30 minutes, we refund the full purchase price. Details at /legal/rectification-refund.
8. Conditions of use
The offer is addressed to consumers who are at least 18 years old. Use is personal.
9. Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data — including deletion of your data within 48 hours after delivery of the result — is set out in the Privacy Policy at /legal/rectification-privacy.
10. Liability
10.1. The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage to life, body, or health.
10.2. For simple negligence the provider is liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
10.3. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
11. Final provisions
11.1. German law applies. In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of habitual residence.
11.2. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
11.3. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
